With tiny step simplicity, in an effort to change the way you change we start with joy.
Make a list of all of the areas you’d like to work on and then pick one.
You aren’t letting the rest go forever, just for now.
Yesterday we went out and today we go in, right into your heart.
Ask yourself these questions:
Why do you want to make this change?
Why do you want to simplify this thing?
Why is it important?
Make a list of 3-5 tiny steps to make progress on the area you chose.
Make one of the steps so tiny that you can accomplish it today.
Consistency is more important than intensity.
In other words, a little bit each day will get you further than trying to do it all at once, or by trying to work outside of your time and energy availability.
The easiest way to prioritize consistency is to put it on your calendar.
Today’s task is to to schedule 5-30 minutes per day to work on your tiny steps.
We started with joy and we are going to end with a celebration.
I want you to celebrate the progress you made this week.
From choosing an area to focus on, to completing a tiny step or scheduling time everyday, you deserve to celebrate.
