"Because of the decluttering I’ve done — in my home and in my schedule — I find myself with time to read, think, and just ‘be.’ I’m more present with friends and family. My life is so much better now!"
Sue E.
"I came to TSS about 5 years ago also! I loved Courtney's no-nonsense approach to simplifying life - more than just decluttering (although that is part of it)! Then I discovered the community of like-minded folks who consistently encourage one another. And Courtney makes herself available through zoom meetings, problem solving and email. The gentle, tiny step journey toward simplicity is a better way."

Best of all, you don't have to do it alone
You'll find strength, support, and guidance within this like-hearted community.
Whatever your circumstances – whether you’re clearing a closet, taming your calendar, paying down debt, or quieting a busy mind, someone in the community will have some wisdom that will help and you'll be given real-time feedback as you simplify your life to create more space and time for what matters most to you.
"[I've learned] that I am not alone and that community, communication, and the connection is something I did not realize I needed to make such a difference in how I feel about my life. The tools I have been given as part of this community are a gift for the rest of my journey. Thank you!"

“The Simplicity Space has helped me immensely to make changes in my life, to simplify many areas and to prioritize myself and my health.”

"For me, learning the tiny steps approach has been really amazing. The various changes I’ve made with my stuff and my mental health using that approach have helped me like myself better, and also like how I interact with the world better."

The Simplicity Space is for you if:
I'm here to support your journey
Hi, I'm Courtney Carver... and I relate to how you're feeling.
If you are overwhelmed, exhausted or both, I know how you feel because I’ve been there.
I spent the first half of my life tired, tense, and doing work I didn’t care about to make ends meet.
Then in 2006, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Suddenly, the exhausting life I'd built became literally unsustainable.
I had a choice: burn out completely or find a better way.
That "better way" saved my life.
From the moment of my diagnosis, I discovered that tiny steps create lasting change. Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once and burning out by day five, I learned to make progress so small it felt effortless. Inch by inch, I changed what I ate, what I owned, what I owed, where I lived, where I worked, and how I loved myself and others.
Eventually, my life looked completely different.
The results?
Now I have a peaceful home, open space on my calendar, and genuine capacity for both myself and the people I love.
I'm practically symptom-free today. I haven't had a relapse since 2008. Recent MRIs show no new lesions or MS progression.
But the most powerful change wasn't physical—it was the invisible shift in my heart and mind. Simplifying gave me space to ask what really mattered and the courage to let go of what didn't.
I learned to listen to myself, to trust the answers that came, and to finally make the big changes I'd been afraid to face. That practice of self-trust has become the most important thing I carry with me.
Through Be More with Less and Project 333, I've helped hundreds of thousands discover this same transformation.
But I realized people needed more than information—they needed ongoing support and real community.
And so, The Simplicity Space was born.

"I appreciate Courtney and how she cares! The simplicity and lack of pressure to perform. I love the help and wisdom that is shared."
Becky G.
"The big thing for me is the truly non judgemental approach. If you can show up once in a while, that's fine; it's also fine to be "all in." (You can circle back and around, disappear, reappear as needed.) TSS meets you where you are and will hold you however you want, as you take steps to where you want to be."
Maureen C.

"The Simplicity Space has impacted so many areas of my life. I am generally more patient and kinder to myself and I feel this is helping me with my relationships with others."
Morag E.
"Courtney's gentle and understanding spirit really gave me the courage to try the Simplicity Space. I can't always make the live zoom calls, but I know I can listen on the podcast, which I love. And then there's this amazing community of kind, fun, intelligent, non judgemental people. I learn so much from each of them and enjoy Sophie's challenges. This is a great place to meet goals, maintain gentle living, and maybe even strive for things you never knew existed."

"I came to TSS as part of my retirement transition. I was becoming a bit of a hoarder and was overwhelmed about how to start changing and simplifying my life. I’ve been slowly learning to create time and space for the things I want to keep and discard the rest. Three big areas of progress: reducing clothes to not only fit my available storage space, but to have some unused space; donating books so that I no longer have big piles on every flat surface; and creating a craft room I love. The decluttering hours, gatherings, monthly goals, and weekly check-ins have helped me to know what I value, to have better self-care habits, and to support me on my journey."
Laura H.
"I came to TSS about 5 years ago because I felt in need of connection in the isolated world of 2021 and because I enjoyed Courtney Carver’s gentle grounded perspective. I have stayed because the community has supported and guided me and gives wind to my sails and anchors me at other times. The opportunity to lift others up in return is the other side of that. In these 5 years I have moved house, stopped drinking alcohol, reduced my possessions, learned to meditate and battle daily with an increasingly unreliable body with an uncurable disease. I still stay because TSS is a connection to others who have the same objectives and intentions, all different but all searching for a safe place and home port!"

Real Talk, My Friend
It's time to take real action towards simplifying your life.
This program is not just about creating space in your house. It’s about creating space in your life.
Physical, mental and emotional space. Every day. Even if you have a lot of demands coming at you that you absolutely can’t ignore. Especially when you have a lot of demands — that’s when you need space the most and when it has most impact. This community and these resources will help you make sure that you’re spending time taking care of yourself, which will give you more capacity for those in your life who need you.
I’m so excited to help you create a simple life. Most of all, I’m excited to help you create a life full of what matters most to you — a life that best serves you and the people around you.
"It was the support and love and knowing you and the members believed in me. I want to add, i remember the flowers you send me from a Boundaries Challenge we did in my first year here. I was very surprised to learn, the level of feeling and knowing that I mattered was very evident in the space. It was such an amazing eye opener! Never in a million years would i have believed that i could have a space that is now breathable due to decluttering physically and mentally and the many ways of "Changing The Way I Change."
Deborah J.
"I’ve been kinder to myself. Just that kindness that I learned from you [through The Simplicity Space] that I am showing myself now, it’s changed everything really."
