A Soulful Simplicity is the path to love and connection.
Do you feel like you’re on a quest to do more every day, or like you can never catch up with what’s expected of you?
I know I’ve felt that way before. You feel pressure from others—and from yourself—to put in more hours, to purchase more, to do more and prove who you are by what you accomplish. But it’s not your fault: I believe we all do this with the best of intentions.
You crave more connection in your life, but you struggle to find it because you have been sold a lie. If you own the right things, fill your schedules and to-do list with countless tasks and work harder, the more connected and fulfilled you think you will be.
All the while, you start to lose connection to everything, including your own heart. Disconnection to your heart begins so slowly that you don’t even know it’s happening. Then one day, you wake up to find that your disconnection has led to discontentment, stress, and overwhelm. You might even feel like you are buckling under all of the weight. You long to feel light and free again.
The good news is you can spend your days full of life instead of just getting through life. It’s time to start doing more of the things that matter the most to you. The Soulful Simplicity course can guide you to a more simple, soulful and connected existence.
Who is Soulful Simplicity for?
Those who want to live a healthier life.
If you want a life that is not focused on being busy, but enjoying meaningful activities, this course is for you. Through this course, you will work on all parts of your life, both the outside AND the inside.
Those who want to pursue a practical simplicity.
I believe simplicity comes by creating more with less—more space, more time, and even more love.
Those who want to connect (or reconnect) with your heart.
Deep heart-change comes from asking important questions that often begin with, “Wouldn’t it be crazy if…” so you can make changes you may have never even considered before.
Those who want to live in the present moment.
You’re ready to show up for your life. When I started to be more present, I experienced improved health, more meaningful relationships, and less stress in my professional and personal life.
Those who want to learn to let go.
I will show you a closet experiment that is more about changing your life than changing your wardrobe. Together we will also discuss setting boundaries, learning to say no, and much more.
What others are saying
The course is well organized, clear, thoughtful, engaging and an authentic reflection of your philosophy of Soulful Simplicity. Additionally, in both your book and the course, I appreciate how gracefully you address vulnerable topics (clutter, debt, regretful purchases, etc.) that can often bring about feelings of humiliation for so many people. You have managed to remove any trace of shaming others and I think that is a tough thing to do considering the perceived heaviness of these topics. Your ability to do this is a testament of your heart-centered approach and I really appreciate how deftly you handle these sensitive topics.

This course helped me to change my life in so many ways. I learned how to listen to my heart, notice my feelings, deal with worry & uncertainty with more grace, come back to love and let go of what weighs me down (physical and mental clutter). I also learned how to stop resenting my body for my chronic illness and look at what my conditions have given me. I've stopped obsessing over the news, become more vulnerable, and have begun to reach out to others again. Courtney, you truly brought me back to love”

I love the way this course has somehow slowed down my life. Lingering is delicious as is the heart practice and under reacting. It has led me to learn more about minimalism and so much has truly resonated. To learn from someone as authentic and real as Courtney is just the icing on the cake. I have loved the pace and will enjoy revisiting the modules as I gain a deeper understanding of myself and the tiny steps I still need to take. Thank you!

The Soulful Simplicity Course was just what my soul needed. In this world of be more, do more, have more, Courtney's voice stands out like a gentle and kind friend urging you that it's ok to stand apart from everyone else and give your soul what it needs. I have been decluttering my home for the last several years, so I was thrilled that this course wasn't focused on decluttering, but instead on simplicity in all areas of life. In learning to listen to my heart I came to realize it was time to move on in my career and focus on other areas of my life that I had been neglecting. Such a gift!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Courtney Carver
Hi, I’m Courtney Carver. From the outside looking in, it looked like I had my life together. The truth is I was buried in debt and working a job that I hated. I wasn’t embracing life; I was just getting through it. In 2006, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This diagnosis gave me both the permission and motivation to completely transform my life. I changed what I ate, what I owned, what I owed, where I lived, where I worked, and how I loved myself.
Today, I am practically symptom free. I haven’t had a relapse since 2008, and recent MRIs show no new lesions or MS progression. But most of the healing I did had nothing to do with Multiple Sclerosis. Looking back, I believe MS was my body’s way of rejecting my hectic lifestyle.
My quest to do it all did not resonate with my heart. Through simplifying my life, I made space. I started to ask questions about what was truly important to me. I also identified where I needed to let go of things in my life. Best of all, I was able to make really big changes as a result. In the Soulful Simplicity Course, I’ll show you what I learned and have practiced now for over a decade. During the live calls, I’ll share some new changes I’m making to live an even more meaningful, present and engaged life.
