Courtney founded bemorewithless.com in 2010. Stressed and sick from work that wore her down, an unexpected health diagnosis made her question conventional work and lifestyle choices. In 2011, she quit her corporate job to focus more time and energy on writing, creating and sharing her journey back to health, back to love, and back to herself.
Since 2010, Courtney has shared her message with millions of people through her blog, courses, membership, and two books published with Penguin Random House.
Every so often, Courtney and her team share a business-related offering to teach what they've learned about growing a business with less stress and overwhelm and more ease and clarity.
